This site hosts blogs for writers living in developing nations. 100% of the revenue generated by ads on their blog is sent back to them. We will digitize handwritten letters for writers without web access.

Is this a nonprofit site?

Yes. However we differ from most non-profits in that we don't seek donations. Our writers are funded entirely through ad revenue.

Can anyone join?

We are looking for two types of writers.

Type 1:

Writers who are residents of developing nations.

Type 2:

We're also interested in writers who are working abroad for NGO's. In this case the revenue they earn will help fund their project(s).

Can writers upload their own content if they have web access?

Yes, of course.

If hand written journal entries are sent in, do they have to be in English?

No, but English is preferred.

How do you measure traffic on each blog?

IP addresses of visitors are tracked and logged once a day to prevent click fraud. Ad revenue is calculated and distributed accordingly every couple weeks.
